Finding the right control, matching your needs, isn't always easy.  There are numerous controls to choose from, each with its own strengths and weaknesses.  Nobody knows your exact requirements as well as you do.  Maybe someone recommended a control to you or maybe you saw an ad.   Ultimately, choosing the right control for your application depends on many factors. Quite a few component vendors offer only 30 days of free product support.  But of course you can purchase additional support, usually it's called a "subscription" or "Premier Support".  And, this increases the purchase price of the product. With our products, the full first year of product support, along with free upgrades, is always included. And, an optional annual renewal is usually a fraction of the purchase price of the product, continuing the available product support for as long as you need it.

Best of all, as long as you have an active support subscription you will receive all product upgrades for free, even if we release a major new version of the product.

With our products, you'll know up-front what you are purchasing.  The regular purchase price includes one full year of free updates (maintenance versions), free upgrades (new major and minor versions) and free product support by telephone and email (limited to the initial, properly registered licensee).

Unfortunately, our products occasionally run into problems too, but that doesn't mean you have to!

It is our policy to fix severe, medium and minor bugs that are reported to us within a few days. Period. You don't have to wait for a maintenance version or even a new major release.  That is our guarantee.  We don't assign tracking numbers and we don't put you on a "bug-list", we just fix it.

We'll even add new features if you suggest a worthwhile enhancement! Just let us know what "killer" feature you need. We may well surprise you. Best of all, if you have an active support subscription, you'll receive the new version for free!

A number of component vendors are just that.  Component vendors.  They may not have developed the product(s) in-house, but rather purchased the rights to their products from other sources. Or they may focus on the "technology du jour", abandoning you, leaving you with unsupported products.

Our products were all developed by us, so we are the ultimate experts. Because we designed and developed them from the ground up, we have all the answers when it comes to our products.

Our first control (released in 1995!) is still available and fully supported (no, not the same version). Our products have been updated over the years, always with 100% upward compatibility in mind.

Some component vendors also offer unrelated consulting services. We don't. Since 1994, we have devoted all our resources to one thing, development and publication of rock-solid products.
